When we initiated the process of redesigning our entire back yard to include a water feature that would fit our needs, we set the criteria required of the company and its representatives. The criteria included professionalism, integrity, creativity, a good listener and the ability to follow up with assistance and direction when needed after the project was completed. We found each and every one of those criteria met by Natural Reflections, Inc. and by Tyler and Les Mathews. After hearing our ideas, Natural Reflections designed a backyard that serves as a resort-like entertainment facility. It is a source of constant enjoyment and use.
